There are no surprise charges for normal wear and tear.

Yes. All rentals have a 3-month minimum term.
After that, the rental continues month-to-month unless canceled with proper notice.

This helps us keep pricing affordable for everyone.

You may cancel after the minimum term by giving 30 days written notice.

Written notice can be sent by text message, email, or through the website.

Rental charges continue during the notice period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

Payments are billed monthly using automatic billing through stripe

• A valid card or bank account must remain on file

• We do not accept cash or check

Yes. We offer a 7-day grace period if a payment fails.

If payment is not made within the grace period, service may be suspended and the equipment may be scheduled for removal.

We do not repair units in most cases.

If a unit stops working due to normal use:

• We will replace it

• Replacements are usually scheduled within 2–3 business days

Photos or videos may be required before scheduling a replacement.

We provide clean, reliable, full-size residential washers and dryers that are chosen for durability and performance — not flashy features.

Our units are not brand new. Most are previous-generation machines that have a strong track record for reliability. These models are simpler, easier to maintain, and less prone to expensive electronic failures than many newer machines.
